1. Services
Red Team Albania SHPK provides offensive security services governed by individual Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work signed with each client. Use of this website does not constitute an engagement or service agreement, and nothing on this site should be read as a binding quote or commitment of scope.
2. Website use
This website is provided for informational purposes. You may not use it to transmit malicious content, attempt unauthorised access to our systems or infrastructure, interfere with its normal operation, or scrape content for commercial purposes without written consent. As a security company, we take unauthorised testing of our own site or backend particularly seriously; if you believe you have found a vulnerability, follow our Responsible Disclosure policy instead.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site - including text, graphics, research, and the RTA logo - is the property of Red Team Albania SHPK and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used to train machine learning models without written permission.
4. Third-party content
CVE listings, breach and advisory summaries, and the global CTF calendar are sourced from third-party feeds (including NVD, NewsAPI, and CTFtime) and are provided for informational awareness only. We do not control, verify, or endorse this content, and it may be incomplete, delayed, or superseded by the original source. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
5. Forms & waitlists
Submitting the contact form or an Academy waitlist is a request for us to respond, nothing more. It does not create a client relationship, reserve a training seat, or guarantee acceptance into the internship program. We may decline any enquiry or engagement at our discretion.
6. Admin access
The administrative console at /admin is restricted to authorised RTA personnel. Attempting to access it without authorisation is a violation of these terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
7. No warranty
This website is provided "as is". RTA makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. CVE and news data is sourced from third parties and may not be complete or current.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Albanian law, RTA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on content herein, including decisions made on the basis of third-party threat intelligence displayed here.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RTA harmless from any claim, loss, or demand arising from your misuse of this website or violation of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tirana, Albania.
11. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
